My Name is Peter and I am a Bristol based Specialist Nordic Walking Instructor and Nordic Walking Personal Trainer with over 26 years experience in sport, exercise and fitness. In all my years I can safely say that I have not come across a form of exercise that is superior to Nordic Walking when it comes to addressing basic physical fitness or functionality.
